GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of CBD-based products (flowers, resins), hemp-based food products, and accessories offered by CBD ADAMS on the cbdadams.fr website.
Article 2 - Products CBD ADAMS sells:
- CBD flowers and resins
- Hemp-based food products
- Accessories
All our products comply with current French legislation regarding CBD (THC content less than 0.3%).
Article 3 - Age Restriction The sale of our products is strictly prohibited to minors. The buyer certifies that they are at least 18 years old at the time of placing their order. CBD ADAMS reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse any order in case of doubt.
Article 4 - Price Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). CBD ADAMS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 5 - Order Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Article 6 - Payment Payment is made by bank card (CB). The order will only be validated after payment confirmation.
Article 7 - Delivery
Delivery Zone: Metropolitan France only
Delivery Times:
- Nice: Same-day delivery
- Rest of France: 3 working days via Colissimo
Delivery Costs:
- Nice: Free delivery
- Rest of France: Free for orders over €50, otherwise €4
Carrier: Colissimo
CBD ADAMS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as well as for goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Consequently, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for CBD ADAMS products.
Article 9 - Warranty Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

Article 12 - Applicable Law These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
